Octopus doesn’t have to be as exclusive as The Waverly Inn although it can be just as good when it comes from Mylo Gourmet. He removes the center and magically, a properly charred octopus takes the shape of a starfish. Who wouldn't be hooked? With olives the size of plums and a side of Chef DeLucie, octopus could easily become the new chicken.
