A former executive at Citigroup Inc (NYSE:C), Gary Foster has been charged with fraud and embezzling more than $19 million from the bank, according to the U.S. Attorney’s Office for the Eastern District of New York.Mr. Foster, 35, was arrested on Sunday at JFK International Airport after getting off a flight from Bangkok.According to the criminal complaint, Foster used his knowledge of bank operations to move money from various Citigroup accounts to Citigroup cash accounts and then into his personal accounts at a different bank.Citigroup has a potential upside of 39.7% based on a current price of $40 and an average consensus analyst price target of $55.88.
