福島第一３号機への窒素注入、今夜から開始
東京電力は、１４日午後８時頃から福島第一原発３号機の原子炉格納容器に窒素注入を実施する予定。水素爆発を防ぐのが目的で、実現すれば、事故収束に向けた工程表で、安定して原子炉の冷却作業を始めるとした「第１ステップ」が、ほぼ予定通り達成される。
