Equity futures are pointing lower Tuesday with the Dow Jones Industrial Average looking to open 4 points lower while the broader S&P500 index is looking to open over 2 points lower. Moving fast in the pre-market session are shares of Clearwire Corp (NASDAQ:CLWR) up over 5%; and shares of Baidu (NASDAQ:BIDU) up over 2% on news that the company will use Microsoft’s (NASDAQ:MSFT) Bing for some English-language results as the company tries to expand its small share of China's search market.
