Party leadership should be broadminded, but NC lacks it. NC lacks leadership as NC president has put forth the nomination of Ram Chandra Paudel and Krishna Prasad Sitaula for the post of vice president and general secretary respectively and both the nominees represent the Koirala group. Leadership should have the capacity to form unity. There should not be panels in the party; this trend in the party hampers both the party and the leadership. The election during the convention was actually election of groups not of a person. We were against the panel and we did not get any votes from the panels and thats the reason for our loss in the election.
