The Hong Kong government will move this summer to new offices at the Tamar site. A coalition of community groups is fighting to hold onto the land that makes up the Central Government Offices compound, including the West Wing, which is slated to be sold off and redeveloped. As producer Chris Lincoln reports, this is a heritage argument that goes beyond buildings. Also, the land the Central Government Offices sit on in Central has always belonged to the public. Since the handover though, it has been a less welcoming place. Reporter: Chris Lincoln
