N.H. Town Says It Will Pay For Disc Cleanup
The superintendent of a New Hampshire waste water treatment plant said the town of Hooksett will be responsible for the costs of cleaning up millions of plastic disks that were swept into the Merrimack River and are now littering beaches in New Hampshire and Massachusetts.
