The USC Gould School of Law presents the 23rd Lester W. Roth Lecture held on the USC campus. This year’s speaker, Senator Evan Bayh (D-Indiana), delivers a timely and effective keynote address.  Mr. Bayh, a leader in the New Democrat movement, focuses on combating partisan gridlock and bringing a nation together.
