We watched her first take a swig of what looked like gasoline before she started her performance. After a short debate about it actually being gasoline rather than just alcohol, one of our Egyption friends took initiative and asked the woman if we could smell it. Sure enough, it smelled just like gas. One can't imagine this is a healthy line of work, but she made 20 egyptian pounds in tips (4 USD) in about 3 minutes worth of work. You can't hear it on the video, but when she blew out the gas it actually sounded like a propane torch lighting up.
