横浜市の会社が共同購入サイトで販売のおせち料理について、年末までに届かないなどの苦情
神奈川・横浜市の会社がインターネットの共同購入サイトで販売したおせち料理について、「年末までに届かない」といった苦情が寄せられていることがわかった。苦情が寄せられたのは、横浜市の飲食店経営会社「外食文化研究所」が、インターネットの共同購入サイトで販売したおせち料理。注文が集まれば2万1,000円の商品が半額で購入できるとして、全国で500セットが売れたが、年末までに届かなかったり、見本より量が少ないなどの苦情が寄せられたという。外食文化研究所は「深くおわびします」と謝罪するとともに、代金を返金、社長は辞任した。
