Making Gravy
Homemade gravy takes just a few minutes. After removing the cooked food from the roasting pan, pour all the drippings into a liquid measuring cup and scrape up browned bits from the bottom of the pan adding them to the measuring cup. Tip the measuring cup and use a metal spoon to remove and save
