發展商興建窗台泛濫 業界促本港彷新加坡取消寬免
針對發水樓問題，政府正檢討一系列樓宇環保設施的寬免樓面面積政策。新加坡政府研究發現，窗台無環保功能，甚至會吸熱，兩年前已取消窗台樓面豁免措施。 建築師黃錦星表示，窗台設計與環保背道而馳，但近年業界興建窗台有泛濫情況，本港與新加坡氣候相似，應參考做法，檢討是否繼續豁免窗台樓面面積。 可持續發展委員會早前發表報告，建議檢討窗台寬免政策。發展局表示，會審慎考慮委員會建議，包括研究窗台能否改善樓宇的整體環保效能。
