曾蔭權勉勵最後一屆會考生多發掘升學機會及出路
行政長官曾蔭權出席一項鼓勵會考生的活動時表示，最後一屆的會考生，是一個特別的經驗，學生毋須因為被稱為「末代考生」而感到迷惘。他又說，制度不會遺棄他們，建議學生多發掘升學機會及出路。 曾蔭權與一位失聰學生交流時表示，如果能夠克服身體缺憾，從中培養出新的長處，是一種欣慰，鼓勵學生應正面看待社會，遇到不平等的事要發聲，但同時應從宏觀持平的態度，看社會現象。 他鼓勵內地來港的學生，努力讀書，指香港擁有全國最好的大學，希望內地生在港升讀大學及就業。
