Witnesses included Representative Denny Rehberg, whose Montana district was the site of a July 2011 Exxonmobil pipeline leak into the Yellowstone River; Representative Jackie Speier, whose California district suffered a gas pipeline explosion in 2010; and the president of Exxonmobil.
