Talcahuano (Chile), 24 feb (EFE), (Imagen: Manuel Fuentes).- Hace casi un año una ola gigante inundó Talcahuano pocos minutos después de que un terremoto azotara gran parte de Chile, hoy los 300.000 habitantes de este enclave portuario bañado por el océano Pacífico se afanan para resucitar el "sueño de ciudad" que la tragedia les arrebató.
