林瑞麟：社會仍有時間討論2017及2020年普選安排
政制及內地事務局局長林瑞麟表示，特區政府已向中央政府反映各界對普選的意見，全國人大常委會副秘書長喬曉陽較早前發表有關普選的言論，已回應了社會各界訴求，他對普選的說法，對推動香港最終達致普選有幫助，而特區政府亦已回應部份泛民黨派要求，爭取到中央官員與他們溝通。 在立法會上，多名泛民議員不滿林瑞麟的回覆，質疑喬曉陽所提及的普選，是否包括提名權以及被選權，林瑞麟回應說，2017以及2020年兩個普選的具體安排，社會仍有時間討論。
