Sam Cravero’s experience as a commercial real estate developer consists of one building, and it's a doozy. It is the round building on the grounds of the former Naval Air Development Center in Warminster — the one where an all-star cast of astronauts trained to be hurled into space. An intriguing look at Cravero's odyssey to turn such an historic building into anything but an ordinary office building. Upstairs, the centrifuge still sits assembled.
