In this segment, Marcelo continues his answer from segment 01, the previous segment, pertaining to how blogs are affecting the news.  In this segment, I *think* he says that blogs are accelerating the collection of the news, and that it is affecting the entire media infrastructure. He also talks about the effect that one of his blogs had on news gathering about open source, and particular comments made by the president of Microsoft, Brazil about open source.
