「日本食」の世界無形遺産登録目指し検討会
農水省は５日、「日本の食文化」がユネスコの世界無形遺産に登録されることを目指し、日本食文化に詳しい各界の代表者らを呼んで検討会を開催。原発事故によって安全性への不安が広がっている日本の農林水産物の信頼を回復させ、観光や輸出を促進したい考え。
