● 鴻嘉黃昏觀光夜市之招商廣告影片「趕快來賺錢」篇 by：T.I.C.A│台灣影像工作者協會製片中心│D.K│高導演數位影像創作製片室│專案受委託製片於1996-09間，影片拍攝於嘉義市西區。影片中剪綵人物為素有微笑老蕭稱號的蕭萬長，還有現任嘉義市市長黃敏惠。這是一部很早期的作品，尚可見技術有不純熟之處，旁白及字幕也有那麼一點點「聳」，現在看起來真的有點「聳」的可愛。影片由高章榮執行旁白配音，聲音有點濁，可見以前設備之可憐。本片播映於嘉義縣市全區。
