國土資源部：舟曲屬地質災害重點監控區
國土資源部地質環境司司長關鳳峻表示，甘肅舟曲縣位處山區，山高坡陡，地表破碎，屬於地質災害多發、易發地區。 他表示，今年地質災害出現多發趨勢，當局會加強防範工作，做到早研判和早部署。 對於有記者提問，河道旁邊是否有違章建築，增加堰塞湖的危險，水利部副部長矯勇未有直接回應，但承認許多山區的發展過程中，有可能出現侵佔河道的現象。部門正加強河道管理，清除各類違章建築物，確保河道防洪安全。
