Top story: Capital investment - online retailer Amazon announces nine hundred new jobs for Edinburgh. In other news: the First Minister has criticised the UK Supreme Court after it ruled that Nat Fraser’s conviction for murdering his wife Arlene should be overturned; the Scottish Cabinet has discussed new measures to combat sectarianism; the Bank of Scotland is to pay out more than 17 million pounds in compensation for failing customers; and in sport, Jim Jefferies signed three players for Hearts from within the SPL today and it didn't cost him a penny.
