New York trader Nedim Soylemez re-made his 3,000-square-foot condominium in Tribeca into a cavernous apartment designed for relaxing, entertaining and playing fetch with his dog. For a windowless area, he installed a video installation that mimics a real window, with light that changes throughout the day.
