Harbour Kitchen and Bar’s Executive chef Alessandro Pavoni, has only recently migrated to Australia from Italy after meeting and marrying an Australian girl. His background in some of Europe's best restaurants, and his passion for cooking is now an asset to Sydney's ever growing restaurant industry.
