This recipe can be found at the Boma Restaurant at Disney’s Animal Kingdom Lodge. Kevin your host this episode fell in love with this dish when he and Kim ate there on a recent trip. The chef spoke with then and sent them this recipe. The recipe calls for lamb and we use lamb in the video but when testing it we used 1/2 ground beef and 1/2 turkey and thought it turned out great also. This is a great main dish try serving it with curried vegetables.
