何俊仁：有信心說服鄭家富涂謹申改變立場
民主黨主席何俊仁表示，有信心說服已表明不支持區議會改良方案的黨友鄭家富及涂謹申，改變立場，但他不肯透露會用甚麼方法或理據，因為他不想透過傳媒，與兩人對話，只會私下跟他們討論。 社福界立法會的張國柱就認為，民主黨的方案是行前了一步，因為擴闊了功能組別的選民基礎，但他相信自己會投反對票，以回應社福界的意見。
