Obama and Healthcare Disparities in Blackmales
www.BlackMensHealthSummit.com Highlights on the 14th annual African American Men’s Health Summit, April 3, 2010 at the Orange County Convention Center. Judge Dwayne Woodruff, former Defensive Back for the Pittsburgh Steelers spoke on health care disparities in America. He gave stats on 18 NFL players who's deaths were related to health care disparity and not from lack of insurance. The summit has been the longest running venue in America to educate black males about health care disparities. With this powerful resource in the Central Florida area we have prevented many deaths from various cancers an diseases affecting this population. America needs to fund and support community organizations who help to decrease the overall cost of health care in America. Doc Abe Woods AbeWoods@mac.com
