CNBC: Citi Too 'Interwoven' To Fail
Richard Parsons, chairman of Citigroup, says that the government bailout of financial institutions was a success for all parties involved. When asked if major financial institutions like Citi are still "too big to fail", he says that the issue is that they are too "interwoven" into the economy to fail.
