唐英年籲反對者勿阻撓官員與市民溝通
三名司長再次率領問責團隊落區，宣傳政改方案。 政務司司長唐英年到荃灣祈德尊新邨家訪後表示，接觸到很多居民，態度友善，亦歡迎直接與官員溝通。他指大多數市民都支持政改方案，亦收到小朋友贈送的圖畫以示支持，認為家訪成功。 他又說，早預到會遇上示威者，認為真理越辯越明，呼籲反對者不要阻撓官員與市民溝通。
