Sushi sales soar at Union
Sushi made its first appearance at KU when the Advanced Fresh Concepts Corporation opened Tsunami Sushi in The Market of the Kansas Union. Today, sushi is made fresh daily in The Market, The Underground at Wescoe Hall, and delivered to the Crimson Cafe and Hawk Stop markets. The grab and go packaging of sushi makes it a convenient option for students while studying or eating lunch on campus.
