EngageMedia’s main server had some issues today. We have restored most things from a backup taken at 5am on Tuesday 4/8/09. Basic site functionality is back up, but some flash video files are still transferring from the backup. If there is anything that isn't working properly, please wait until tomorrow (Wednesday) morning Melbourne time, and check it again. If it still isn't working, please email engagemedia-webdev@lists.engagemeda.org so we can have a look at the problem. Please DO NOT START VIDEO RE-TRANSCODING - the transcoding server is not running until the backups have been completely transferred. We apologise for any inconvenience caused, and hope to have things back to normal ASAP.
