Sony Shows Off New Home Entertainment Gear
Senior Products Editor Melissa Perenson attended Sony’s Open House in Las Vegas and reported on the company's upcoming home-entertainment products. Perenson saw two new Blu-ray Disc players. The BDP-S300 is slimmer and cheaper than its predecessor. It includes Bravia Theater Sync capabilities, which connect to Sony Bravia TVs and home-theater devices. The demo included accesories that connect portable music players such as the iPod to Sony home-theater systems. Also demonstrated was a module that streams video from your PC to your TV.
