After seeing one of Charlie Sheen’s Ustream broadcasts, Dr. Drew Pinsky carried an interview which aired on "Today" Wednesday morning, recommending a 5150 be enforced on behalf of the embattled actor.Section 5150 of the California Welfare and Institutions Code states that if someone is proven to be a danger to themselves or others, a peace officer can take that person into custody against their will for 72-hour treatment and evaluation.Dr. Drew Pinsky revealed that from watching Sheen's Korner, he feels that a 5150 is in order.
