In Genesis 1, the first chapter of the Bible, the phrase “and it was good” is repeated several times. The chapter ends with the words, “God saw all that he had made, and it was very good.” As you read those words, what is your response? You may feel your world is not all that good. You have probably experienced pain, suffering, or sorrow. Maybe you don’t see much good in the lives of the people around you either. It may surprise you to know this is not the way God wanted it to be.   We hope you will join us this Sunday as we look at God’s original intent for mankind and why our world is so different from that plan.
