有律師稱家中裝攝錄機無通知家傭可構成侵犯私隱
有調查發現，4成受訪家務助理的僱主在家中安裝攝錄機，當中6成僱主沒有知會家傭。 有律師表示，在無通知家傭的情況下，於家中安裝攝錄機，可構成侵犯私隱，家傭可以透過民事索償。
