香港之奶粉種類五花百門，同業間之競爭更是越趨激烈。有奶粉促銷員為求業績，不惜施計欺騙長者，訛稱長者患上嚴重骨質疏鬆，令長者購入補鈣奶粉。該名長者其後找醫生作詳細檢查，才發覺一切只屬虛驚。據專科醫生指出，補鈣奶粉雖可補鈣，但卻不適合糖尿病患者飲用，長者如對骨質疏鬆有疑問，應先尋求醫生協助。 義工隊為長者留下倩影 眼見家人開枝散葉，老一輩實感到安慰，拍攝一張數代同堂的全家福，更是不少長者的夢想。有見及此，聖雅各褔群會便成立了「愛心攝影隊」，穿梭各區為長者拍攝全家福。社工楊慧蘭表示「愛心攝影隊」之義工精通攝影、形象設計及化妝，致力為長者提供一次愉快的攝影體驗。參加者陳太更於節目內現身說法，分享參加「愛心攝影隊」之難忘經歷，又向觀眾展示由「愛心攝影隊」所拍攝的全家福。
