Branda Miller’s video art works are recognized for their social themes embedded within experimental video forms.  She has worked with urban youth and community groups to collaborate on making a series of tapes each concerned with a specific social issue. The tapes are full of energetic image collages and lively rap or original music soundtracks. In both her individual and collaborative work Miller uses lively new video forms as a means of mobilization for social activism. From the Series:What Follows
