Also, alleged Russian arms dealer Viktor Bout faces extradition to the United States after a Thai appeals court ruling. And, in Southern Sudan, thousands have fled their homes from attacks by the Ugandan rebel group the Lord’s Resistance Army, which the UN warns could paralyze the region's agriculture production.
