With enough space and ideas to go around, a new project has been launched, set to run for a hundred days.Along the Emscher River between Castrop-Rauxel and Oberhausen, sluice gates, abandoned industrial sites and urban wastelands are now home to a unique art exhibit, to be visited, explored, and even lived in — for a while, at least. Our ARTS.21 reporter set off on a jaunt, so hop on and enjoy the ride!
