This program, which originally aired on October 26, 1958, takes a close look at the life and work of Edgar Allen Poe. The opening and closing remarks are by John Astin, a Johns Hopkins graduate and famous actor-director who today performs a one-man play based on the life and works of Edgar Allen Poe.
