藝術界冀政府撥更多資源發展文化軟件
政府繼續就新一份施政報告諮詢不同界別團體，政務司司長唐英年早上分別與教育界及藝術界代表會面。 出席會議的舞台劇製作人高志森在會後表示，業界向唐英年反映西九文化區，雖然在硬件上正如火如荼興建，但在人才培訓、觀眾教育及節目內容發展等軟件上，未見政府有具體安排。 他又說，業界對西九文化區推動藝術發展有很高期望，希望政府在施政報告中，能夠投放更多資源在軟件發展上。
