VIII - Is it possible to ride an electric bicycle in Guanzhou, China?
We are in Guangzhou, a city which since 2007 has banned electric bicycles, one of the few cities in China where, according to the authorities they disturbed traffic, and people did not know how to ride them. Electric Bicycles can be ride without a helmet and do not require licensing at all. The city is still full of them, like this one or other similar ones that already have the batteries removed. But some still riding them hiding from the police.
