Balyozda en üst düzey tutuklama Balyoz Darbe Planı soruşturması kapsamında dün İstanbul Adliyesine gelerek ifade veren Harp Akademileri Komutanı Orgeneral Bilgin Balanlı, sevk edildiği 14. Ağır Ceza Mahkemesince tutuklandı.  Balanlı, işlemleri yapılmak üzere İstanbul Merkez Komutanlığına goturuldukten sonra Hasdal Cezaevine nakledildi.
