自從上一次阿蘇到街市學揀鹹蛋後,決定自己醃製鹹蛋,經過個多月之後,今集她帶著自家鹹蛋返回街市給老闆品評,估不到一切開,完美得不得了,令老闆也大讚,遇到好對手,老闆於是介紹兩款鹹蛋給大家看,一款是清水黑黃,樣子不好,但老人家至愛,另一款是極臭的臭鹹蛋,切開後臭氣燻天,各人四散。 阿蘇的阿叔賜官,今集繼續教大家兩個正字,「瞀里」和「大牌檔」,邊食邊學生字,So Good! 牛腩人人都吃過,煮得好味的牛腩絕對有技巧,阿蘇去到權哥的餐廳學煮清湯牛腩,權哥的牛腩與別不同,因為煮法也與別不同,用牛骨湯煲熟牛腩,放涼後浸滷水汁,蘿蔔用冰糖提味,切好牛腩後倒入高湯再煲滾,眾人吃得清光。
