謝雪心：「我六歲的時候游渡海泳，當時我心情非常興奮，一跳下海就使勁游，但是游著游著我就覺得，怎麼大海中好像只有我一個人呢？心裡有點害怕，想計算一下到底游了多遠，但是越計算，就越覺得自己好像停步不前，而且覺得有點累，幸而我忽然想起爸爸教我，他說：甚麼也不要想，向著目標游就行了。於是我就甚麼也不想，繼續游……愈游愈順，而且有一種海中暢泳的感覺，沒多久，原來我已經到達終點，游畢全程了。每個人都有不同的目標，我們可以嘗試一下享受的過程，不要計較，不要著急，一心一意去做，始終會成功的。」
