浜松可美武道教室の楽しい稽古
浜松市可美総合センターで稽古する可美拳法会（土 18：30～21：30）は、2010武徳杯拳法優勝大会に向けて打撃の稽古が行われています。この日は、特に上段（顔面）への正拳（パンチ）のタイミング調整が行われました。第1部の少年部の稽古の後、第2部一般（20：00～21：30）には、女子中学生の青島美里や男子の中村友哉、野澤真晴などや池ノ谷光祐など小学生も一般に混じり稽古を楽しくしました。053-439-0909
