蘇Good - 大學生烹飪初班 - 第35集
今集阿蘇再開班教烹飪,對象並非上一次的未婚情侶,而是一班大學生,未知現代的年青人,對煮食會否存在天份呢? 首先,阿蘇所教的是炸芝士雲吞,事前的準備功夫都不少,要把菠菜汆水,再絞乾,然後剁碎,這些程序不難,但講求細心,阿蘇找來一位大學生哥哥當助手,表現滿意,但一眾同學仔就雞手鴨腳,剁菜剁得一條條,被阿蘇捉到。 包雲吞,不可貪心,餡料不需過多,雲吞皮不用按壓太久,滾油落鑊,炸至金黃色,阿蘇又一次大讚年青哥哥助手了得,炸得比她自己還要好,但其他學員就水準不一,不合格的佔多數。 第二樣要教的,就是薑汁撞奶,奶要用上高鈣低脂,煮時千萬不要煲滾,見到冒煙便可,加糖,再拉奶十次,撞落生磨好的薑汁,形成豆花狀便算成功。 面對著大學生,阿蘇愈教愈勞氣,點解?
