biomartは、the Ontario Institute for Cancer Research (OiCR) と the European Bioinformatics Institute (EBI) が共同で開発しているクエリ指向型データ管理システムです。 今回は、Ensemblのbiomartを用いて、全ての遺伝子の転写開始点から上流の配列1kbをマウスゲノムから抽出してFASTA形式で得る方法について説明しています。
