Ride in Medieval castles
I’ve been traveling the whole world (especialy Europe) for almost 20 years now. I've been to various countries, big and small, modern and not so advanced, rich and poor but what realy impressed me was Europe and the castles on the continent. There is so many various castles in so many countries. Like Sctotland, England, Slovenia, Austria, Germany, France... These castles are so beautiful. Usualy they are restaurated so they look realy nice. And the thing I love the most is their age and genious way they were build. One that impressed me a lot was the Old Castle in Celje Slovenia. It sits on a hill over the city (I've noticed the castles in Europe were built this was, I guess because of the extra protection even though I feel sorry for the people that had to build it in such a way) and has a tall tower which is called Frideriks tower, then there is a huge courtyard and some extra compound. The castle is some 800 years old. It is beautiful. Then there are various castles in Scotland and England which are a lot larger in size then this one I had just mentioned. I like the ones in Austria and Germany. If you travel from Austria to Germany via Salzburg you will pass some incredible sites and structures. They are so cool. Does anyone have some similar experiences? Please share.
