Kylie Minogue has been clearing up rumours she was planning to make a return to Neighbours: "I’m not going back for a cameo. How that turned into a rumour is I said it would be hilarious if Charlene just fanged it back down Ramsay Street!" the pop singer said.   Speaking to GMTV, Kylie also chatted about her sister Dannii, who is due to have a baby in the next few weeks: "She's reached the stage where her tummy is defying gravity! But she looks resplendent." Dannii's baby will make the pop princess an aunty for a third time as her brother already has two children: "Obviously I don't get to see them too much because they're in Australia but we Skype. We're a modern family!" Kylie also opened up about her cancer misdiagnoses, her recovery and The Kylie Effect: "It shows me where I work, and other people work, to raise more funds for cancer research is if there was a little bit more help and technology, perhaps we could have skipped that fateful step so The Kylie Effect is just the rise in screenings which was really important." Kylie is currently promoting her new album Aphrodite.
